About me

I was born in India and currently live in Atlanta, USA, with my husband and two sons, 11 and 7 years of age. While I'm an engineer by education and profession, my traditional upbringing in Chennai has played a huge role in my interest in exploring my roots. I'm a lifelong student of Saṃskṛtam, Tamiḻ, Āyurvēda, Yōga and the rich Bhāratīya culture at large. I'm passionate about sharing my learnings by providing counseling in Āyurvēda and Yōga, and also by teaching ślōkas and traditional stories to my own and other kids.
